CHAPTER 84.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Harford county to change the
dividing lines of election districts in said
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the present County

Commissioners of Harford county be and they
are hereby authorized to make such changes
of the dividing lines between the election dis-
tricts of said county as in their judgment the
public interest may require.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be
the duty of the Officer of Registration in each
election district so changed, when notified by

the County Commissioners of such changes
prior to the next election in, said county, to
register all the voters residing within the lines
of said changes, in the same mode and man-
ner as the voters in other districts are required
to be registered.

Registration.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, and
that all acts or parts of acts inconsistent with
the provisions of this act be and the same are
hereby repealed.
