SEC 6. And be it enacted, That it shall be

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That for the per-
formances of the duties imposed on them by
the act of which this is supplemental, all

Constables, Sheriffs or Deputy Sheriffs or other
State officers shall be paid as for the perform-
ance of similar duties under existing laws.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That it shall be
the duty of all State's Attorneys to prosecute
all persons accused of violating this act, or the
act to which this is a supplement.
SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That all rules and

ferred on them shall have the force of law,
and all violations thereof shall be punished as
provided in the original act of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-four, chapter one hundred and
fifty-seven, and all appraisements of animals
to be slaughtered, or of buildings to be de-

stroyed, shall be approved by said Board be-
fore such animals are slaughtered or such
buildings destroyed; and said Board shall
have the discretion to have such appraised
animals destroyed or quarantined.
