SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all elections shall

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That if at any election

an entire board, but a vacancy in one or more seats,

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That if anything shall

prevent any election from being held on the day ap-
|
|
|
|
pointed, the commissioners shall appoint another day
|
|
|
|
for holding the same, and shall, within ten days there-

after, give notice thereof at least five days previous

thereto, and the commissioners shall fill all vacancies

in their own body which may happen within the year.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted. That the said commis-

sioners may meet from time to time as often as occa-
|
|
|
|
sion shall require, upon the business of the corporation,
|
|
|
|
and not less than once in every three months; and

|
|
they shall, at their first meeting after an election,
|

|
|
choose one of their number as president of the board,

whose duty it shall be to preside at all meetings of

the commissioners, preserve order, and enforce' the

by-laws of the corporation; and the president of the
