Chapter 513.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments the


act of the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter


four hundred and fifteen, passed at January session,


eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled An act


to repeal and re-enact with amendments section two,


three, nine, ten and eleven of chapter two hundred


and thirty-three of the acts of the General Assembly


of Maryland, passed at January session, eighteen


hundred and seventy-four, entitled An act to estab-


lish the Maryland House of Correction.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the act of the General Assembly


of Maryland, chapter four hundred and fifteen, passed


at January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,

managers of the House of Correction shall consist of
