Chapter 507.

AN ACT to repeal chapter three hundred and forty-

three of the acts of the general assembly of Mary-

land, passed at the January session of the year

eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled An act to

provide for the granting of licenses to brokers in

horses in the city of Baltimore, and to regulate the

mode of carrying on the business of brokerage in

horses in said city, as amended and re-enacted by

an act of the general assembly, passed at the Janu-

ary session of the year eighteen hundred and eighty-

two, chapter four hundred and eighty-four, and also

to repeal act of eighteen hundred and eighty-two,

chapter four hundred and eighty-four, relating to

the same subject.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That chapter three hundred and forty-

three of the acts of the general assembly of Maryland,

passed at the January session of the year eighteen

hundred and eighty, entitled "An act to provide for

the granting of license to brokers in horses in the city of

Baltimore, and to regulate the mode of carrying on the

business of brokerage in horses in said city, as amended

and re-enacted by an act of the general assembly,

passed at the January session of the year eighteen

hundred and eighty-two, chapter four hundred and

eighty-four, and the act of eighteen hundred and eighty-

two, chapter four hundred and eighty-four, and the act

of eighteen hundred and eighty-two, chapter four hun-
dred and eighty-four, relating to the same subject, be

and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
