AN ACT to repeal sections four and eight of an act
|
|
|
|
|
entitled "An act to exempt all that portion of the
|
|
|
|
|
waters of the Chesapeake bay, therein described,
|
|
|
|
|
from the effect and operation of sections one and
|
|
|
|
|
three of article ninety-eight of the Code of Public
|
|
|
|
|
General Laws, title ' Wild Fowl,' passed at the
|
|
|
|
|
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-two,
|
|
|
|
|
chapter fifty-four," and to re-enact the said sections
|
|
|
|
|
four and eight with amendments.

|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That sections four and eight, passed at
|
|
|
|
|
the January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
|
|
|
|
Repealed and
re-enacted.
|

|

|
|
" Wild Fowl," be and the same is hereby repealed
|
|
|
|
|
and re-enacted, so as to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That no person shall,
|
|
|
|
|
at any time, either in the day or night time, shoot or
|
|
|
|
|
kill, or shoot at any wild fowl in or over the waters
|
|
|
|

tion of this act, from any vessel, boat, float, canoe,

|

sneak- boat, sink-boat or any other craft of any kind of

any shore in Harford or Cecil county, and any per-

|
|
son violating this section shall, on conviction thereof,
|
|
|
|

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the clerk of the
