of fishing in the Patuxent river and its tributaries, as

amended by the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-

four, chapter two hundred and nineteen, and to re enact

the same, adding thereto the following sub-section," be

|

and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as
|
|
|

to read as follows :

Chapter 504.
AN ACT to repeal section four, chapter seven, of
the acts passed at the special session of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, held at Frederick,
April twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one,
entitled "An act to amend the eighty-third article
of the Code of Public General Laws by exempting a
certain amount of property from execution," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section four, chapter seven, of the
