AN ACT to pay the estate of John Murphy, late of

Baltimore city, deceased, a sum of money for goods

furnished the state tobacco warehouses.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the comptroller of the treasury
|
|
|
|
be and he is hereby authorized to draw his warrant
|
|
|
|
upon the treasurer to pay the estate of John Murphy,
|

|
|
|
late of Baltimore city, deceased, the sum of one hun-

|
|
|
dred dollars for goods furnished tobacco warehouses

|

number one and two.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
