Chapter 483.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the

claim of James H. Medairy & Co. for stationery fur-

nished to the State Library, to the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for

Frederick county, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court

for Garrett county, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court

for Caroline county, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court

for Queen Anne's county, and to the clerk of the

Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore city.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the comptroller of the treasury

be and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue

his warrant upon the state treasurer to pay James H.

Medairy & Co. the sum of one hundred and sixty-eight

dollars and twenty-five cents for stationery furnished

additional Justice of the Peace for Baltimore
