SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That if any person or


persons convicted of offending against any of the pro-


visions of this act, shall think himself aggrieved by


such conviction, he or they may appeal from the judg-


ment of the justice of the peace before whom such


conviction is had, at any time within ten days from


the rendition thereof, to the circuit court of the county
