Chapter 4 63.
AN ACT entitled An act to repeal sections thirty,
thirty-one, thirty-two, thirty-five, thirty-six, forty-
two, forty-eight, forty-nine, fifty, fifty-one, fifty-two,
sixty-six, sixty-seven and eighty-one of article eighty-
one of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title " Revenue and Taxes," as enacted by
the act of January session3 eighteen hundred and
seventy-four, chapter four hundred and eighty-
three, so far as the same relate to Anne Arun-
del county; and sub-section two of section seventy-
nine of article two of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners," as amended by
the act of January session, eighteen hundred and
seventy-six, chapter two hundred and sixty-six,
and sub-title "Taxes" of said article two of the
Code of Public Local Laws, from section one
hundred and ninety-five to section two hundred,
both inclusive, and to enact the following sections
and sub-sections in lieu thereof as parts of the Public
Local Laws of Anne Arundel county, the same to
be added as new sections and sub-sections to article
two of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel County," under the sub-title "Treasurer."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections thirty, thirty-one, thirty-
two, thirty-five, thirty-six, forty-two, forty-eight, forty-
nine, fifty, fifty-one, fifty-two, sixty-six, sixty-seven and
eighty-one of article eighty-one of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Revenue and Taxes,"

as enacted by the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-
four, chapter four hundred and eighty-three, so far as
the same relate to Anne Arundel county; and sub-
section two of section seventy-nine of article two of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Anne Arundel county," sub-title " County Commis-
sioners," as amended by the act of eighteen hundred
and seventy six, chapter two hundred and sixty-six,
