Chapter 460.


AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay A.


Hoen & Co. for printing the report of the commis-


sioners appointed under joint resolution number


seven of the General Assembly of eighteen hundred


and eighty-two to examine the condition of the


oyster beds of the state.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the sum of one thousand and


eighty-five dollars and seventy cents, payable out of


any money to the credit of the oyster funds in the


treasury, be and the same is hereby appropriated to pay


A. Hoen & Co. for the printing of the report of the
commissioners appointed under joint resolution num-
ber seven of the general assembly of eighteen hundred

the comptroller of the state treasury is directed to


draw his warrant on the treasurer, payable to the
