Chapter 410.

AN ACT to repeal chapter three hundred and thirty-

six of the act of eighteen hundred and eighty-two,

title " Talbot County," sub-title " Fish," and to

re-enact the same so as to read as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

SEC. 87. And be it enacted, That it shall not be law-

ful for any one to take or catch fish in the waters of

AN ACT authorizing the county commissioners of

Talbot county to enlarge, extend, modify or add to

the court house in Talbot county, and to levy a sum

of money for the cost thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
