board of governors, as such, shall constitute the said

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the board of gov-

ernors, so constituted, shall hold office for the period

|

two ministers and three laymen to fill the vacancy

occasioned by the expiration of the term of office of
|
|
|

those members of said board of governors previously
|
|
|
|
elected by said general conference; and' the members

form all the duties herein conferred and imposed upon

poration, as well as said board of governors, to their

successors; and any vacancy occurring in said board
