AN ACT to pay the claim of M. N. Packard and

Brothers.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the comptroller of the treasury

is hereby directed to draw his warrant, in favor of

M. N. Packard and Brothers of Baltimore city, for
