SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the personal representatives of


the said James F. Gleaves be and they are hereby

ninety-three of the Code of Public General Laws,
to follow section one hundred and thirty-nine, to
provide for the execution and delivery, by executors
and administrators, of deeds of leasehold interest in
real estate, to the legatees or distributees thereof.

as one hundred and thirty-nine A, be added to the
Code of Public General Laws, article ninety-three,
