	Chapter 335.
	AN ACT to repeal section four of chapter one hun-
	dred and thirty-six of the acts of the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland of the session of eighteen hundred
	and seventy, entitled "An act to repeal and re-enact
	with amendments an act entitled 'An act to incor-
	porate the Corn and Flour Exchange of the city of
	Baltimore,' passed March twenty-third, eighteen
	hundred and sixty-five, chapter eighty-three," and
	re-enact the same.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That section four of chapter one hun-
	dred and thirty-six of the acts of the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland of the session of eighteen hundred
	and seventy, entitled "An act to incorporate the Corn	Repealed and re-enacted.
	and Flour Exchange of the city of Baltimore, passed
	March twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty-five,
	chapter eighty-three," be and the same is hereby re-
	pealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
	4. Said corporation shall have the power to pre-
	scribe and regulate, by such by-laws as it may see fit
	to adopt, the qualifications of its members and all
