AN ACT to repeal an act passed January session


eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter one


hundred and ninety-five, entitled "An act in rela-


tion to public roads in Cecil county, and to repeal


all acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provi-


sions of this act," and to re-enact the same, so as to


read as follows :


SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That an act passed January session,

missioners of Cecil county be and they are hereby


authorized and directed to divide, once in every two


years, said county into three divisions, each embracing

general supervision to all roads and bridge work done
