Chapter 334.


AN ACT to repeal sections one, four, five, six and


seven of chapter two hundred and fifty-six of the


acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, so far


as they relate to Dames Quarter District in Somer-


set county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That sections one, four, five, six and


seven of chapter two hundred and fifty-six of the acts

same are hereby repealed, so far as the same relates to


Dames Quarter district in Somerset county.

Chapter 325.


AN ACT to change a portion of the dividing line be-


tween the first and tenth Election Districts of Gar-


rett county.


SECTION 1. Me it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the dividing line between the


first and tenth election districts of Garrett county be


changed, so as to run as follows: Beginning as origin-


ally at Kitzmillersville on the north branch of the


Potomac river, and running thence with the county

road and lines now located to Wilson's store on the

line and running with and following the old road to


the "Ingman Farm," then with road past little Eng-
