Chapter 333.


AN ACT to repeal section two hundred of article

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly

whom the same is rendered; and if such party or


parties refuse to pay the same, may decline and refuse


to render any further service in the matter until such


demand is complied with.
