Chapter 303.


AN ACT to repeal chapter three hundred and thir-


teen of the acts of the General Assembly of Mary-


land, passed at the session of eighteen hundred and


seventy-four, entitled "An act to repeal and re-enact


with amendments the twenty third section of the


forty-first article of the Code of Public General


Laws, title ' Fish and Fisheries,' sub title ' Patux-


ent,' " and to re-enact the same with amendment.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That chapter three hundred and thir-


teen of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,


passed at the session of eighteen hundred and seventy-
