|
AN ACT to enable and authorize the Mayor and City
|
|
|
|
Council of Baltimore to loan to the Richmond and
|
|
|
|
Danville Railroad Company, a sum not to exceed
|
|
|
|
two millions of dollars, by issuing bonds or otherwise,
|
|
|
|
for the purpose of having and maintaining a more
|
|
|
|
perfect connection by railroad from the city of Bal-
|
|
|
|
timore to and with the Southern States.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the mayor and city council of
|
|
|
|
Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized and em-
|
