SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any person violat-

lars; provided, however, that the using of any post or

AN ACT to pay to L. F. Colton & Co. the sum of

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the sum of four hundred dollars

be and the same is hereby appropriated to pay L. F.

Colton & Co. for printing and binding one thousand
