AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section fifty-five
|

and sub-section one of the Code of Public Local

Laws of Maryland, title " Montgomery county,"
|
|

|
sub-title " .Rockville," as enacted by chapter ninety-
|
|
|
|
seven of the act of assembly passed at January
|
|
|
|
session, eighteen hundred and eighty, and to re-
|
|
|
|
enact the same so as to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That section fifty-five and sub-section
|
|
|
|
one of chapter ninety-seven, as enacted by chapter
|
|
|

ninety-seven of the acts of assembly passed at Jan-
|

|
|
uary session, eighteen hundred and eighty, be and the
|
|
|
|
same are hereby repealed, and the following section
|
|
|
|
and sub-section be and they are hereby enacted in lieu

thereof :

SEC. 55. The commissioners for Rockville shall, at
|
|
|
|
their first meeting in the month of May next, appoint
|
|
|
|
three judges of election for the town of Rockville,
