Chapter 368.


AN ACT to amend article sixteen of Code of Public


General Laws of this state title " Chancery," by


adding thereto a certain additional section, under


the sub-title " Non-Residents," providing that upon


application for a renewal of lease containing a cove-


nant for renewment, any unknown person or per-


sons interested in the reversion reserved in such


lease may be so described in the bill, notice by


publication be given according to such description,


and the same proceedings had against such un-


known person or persons as against non-resident


defendants.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That article sixteen of the Code of
