other property as aforesaid belonging to the party or


parties by or from whom said charges, expenses, loans,


advances, commissions and interest may be due or


accruing, which may be in the custody or possession


of the said company, or to which it may have the


right of possession; and if the said charges, expenses,


advances, loans, commissions and interest, or any of


them, or any part of any of them, shall remain unpaid.

been any breach of any of the terms of any contract


or agreement made as to any such loans or advances,
