Chapter 355.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments


section ninety-four, ninety-five and ninety-seven, of


article nineteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws


of this state, title '' Somerset county," sub-title

twenty-nine of the Acts of Assembly of eighteen


hundred and sixty-seven, and chapter three hun-


dred and seventy-six of the acts of eighteen hun-


dred and seventy-eight, and to repeal and re-enact


sections ninety-nine and one hundred and one of


article nineteen of the Code of Public Local Laws,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That sections ninety-four, ninety-five


and ninety-seven, of article nineteen of the Code of


public Local Laws of this state, title " Somerset


county," sub-title " Oysters," as amended by chapter
