Chapter 31.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact the act of eighteen


hundred and eighty, chapter one hundred and


twenty, which repealed and re-enacted section one


of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,


chapter two hundred and ten, entitled "An act for


the protection of partridges, pheasants, rabbits,


woodcock and rail birds, and to prevent trespassing


with dog or gun on private property in Cecil and


Harford counties.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That the act of eighteen


hundred and eighty, chapter one hundred and twenty,


which repealed and re-enacted section one of the act


of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, chapter two
