Chapter 351.


AN ACT to authorize and empower the County


Commissioners of Baltimore county to pay John B.


Longnecker and Harry C. Longnecker, trading as


Longnecker Brothers, publishers of the Baltimore


County Union, a certain sum of money for


amount due them for advertising and publishing


tax-sales and printing blanks under direction of


Stephen Barton, late sheriff of said county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the county commissioners of Balti-


more county be and they are hereby authorized,


directed and empowered to pay John B. Longnecker


and Henry C. Longnecker, trading as Longnecker


Brothers, publishers of the Baltimore County Union,

the sum of eight hundred and nineteen dollars and
