AN ACT to repeal an act 'entitled An act to repeal

|
an act passed at the January session, eighteen hun-
|
|
|
|
|
dred and sixty-five, chapter seventy-four, entitled
|
|
|
|
|
An act to repeal section three hundred and ten of
|
|
|
|
|
article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws,
|
|
|
|
|
entitled Frederick county, and re enact the same
|
|
|
|
|
with an amendment, and to substitute in lieu of the
|
|
|
|
|
said act the following, and to repeal an act entitled
|
|
|
|
|
An act to repeal section three hundred and ten of
|
|
|
|
|
article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws,
|
|
|
|
|
entitled Frederick county, and to re-enact the same
|
|
|
|
|
with an amendment, and to repeal an act passed at
|
|
|
|
|
the January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
|
|
|
|
|
eight, chapter forty-six, entitled An act to repeal
|
|
|
|
|
section three hundred and ten of article eleven of
|
|
|
|
|
the Public Local Laws, entitled Frederick county,
|
|
|
|
|
as re-enacted by chapter seventy-eight of the acts of
|
|
|
|
|
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, and to re-enact
|
|
|
|
|
said section so as to read as follows, and to repeal
|
|
|
|
|
section three hundred and ten of article eleven of
|
|
|
|
|
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Frederick
|
|
|
|
|
county, relating to the jail fees of the sheriff.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That an act entitled An act to repeal
|
|
|
|
|
an act passed at the January session, eighteen hundred
|
|
|
|
|
and sixty-five, chapter seventy-four, entitled An act to
|
|
|
|
|
repeal section three hundred and ten of article eleven
|
|
|
|
|
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Frederick
|
|
|
|
|
county, and re-enact the same with an amendment,
|
|
|
|
|
and to substitute in lieu of said act the following,
|
|
|
|
Acts repealed.
|
being chapter seventy-eight of the act of January
|
|
|
|
|
session, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, and an
|
|
|
|
|
act entitled An act to repeal section three hundred
|
|
|
|
|
and ten of article eleven of the Code of Public Local
|
|
|
|
|
Laws, entitled Frederick county, and re-enact the same
|
|
|
|
|
with an amendment, being chapter seventy-four of the
|
|
|
|
|
acts of January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
|
|
|
|
|
five, and an act passed January session, eighteen
