AN ACT to protect Fish in private fish ponds in

|
|
|
Montgomery county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That if any person shall take or catch
|
|
|

any fish or fishes from any private fish pond in Mont-

|

obtained.

whatsoever, without the consent of the owner of said

fish pond, shall, upon conviction thereof before a jus-

tice of the peace of said county, be deemed guilty of

a misdemeanor, and be fined not less than five dollars
|
|
|
|
nor more than twenty dollars, or be imprisoned in
|
|
|
