SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That no person or com-

pany shall capture or kill any wild fowl, by the use of
|
|
|

nets set on their feeding grounds, under a penalty of
not less than five dollars nor more than fifty dollars

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of

Charles county to pay James F. Mathews, late

State's Attorney of said county, such additional

compensation as in their judgment may be proper,

for professional services rendered to the committee
|
|
|
|
of the grand jury of said county in its investigation
|
|
|
|
of the books and accounts of the County Commis-
|
|
|
|
sioners of Charles county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the county commissioners of
