Chapter 38.


AN ACT to protect the water and property of the


Emmittsburg Water Company, in Frederick county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any


person or persons to obstruct or hinder the ordinary


and natural flow of the water in any of the supply


springs, streams or pipes of the Emmittsburg Water
