AN ACT to protect the Gray and Fox Squirrels in

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any


person or persons to shoot or trap gray or fox squirrels


from the twentieth day of December to' the fifteenth
