ditioned for the payment of all fines, penalties, costs

license may become liable for any violation of any of the

license laws of this state, and the said clerk is hereby

prohibited from approving any bond under this section

the sureties in. said bond are worth, in real estate,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

AN ACT to repeal section seventy-seven, article

eleven, Code of Public Local Laws, title " Frederick

county," sub-title " Emmittsburg," and to enact the
|
|
|
|
following in lieu thereof.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That section seventy-seven of article
eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Fred-
|
