said will having been admitted to probate on the

and eighty-three, and recorded in the office of the
register of wills of said county.

	Chapter 195.
	AN ACT to authorise the County Commissioners of
	Worcester county to refund to Nancy Purnell cer-
	tain sums erroneously paid into the county treasury.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the county commissioners of Wor-
	cester county be and they are hereby authorized and
	directed to pay to Nancy Purnell, of Worcester county,
	the sum of one hundred and sixty-five dollars and	Commission-
	forty-nine cents, being the sum erroneously paid into the treasury of said county by the said Nancy Furnell	ers refund mon- ey erroneously paid.
	for taxes on money invested in mortgages, for the
	years eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, eighteen
	hundred and seventy-nine, eighteen hundred and
	eighty, and eighteen hundred and eighty-one, inclu-
	sive of each year.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
