Chapter 193.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and

Common Council of "Westminster, Carroll county,

Maryland, to agree and contract with the Presi-

dent and Managers of the Baltimore and Reister-

town Turnpike Company, for the use and control

of its turnpike road through the city of Westmin-

ster, in Carroll county, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the mayor and common council

of Westminster be and they are hereby authorized

and empowered to agree and contract with the presi-

dent and managers of the Baltimore and Reistertown

General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest to

the Second Reformed Church of Hagerstown, Wash-

ington county, contained in the last will and testa-
