	Chapter 36.
	AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and eleven
	of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-four,
	chapter four hundred and eighty-three, entitled
	"An act to repeal article eighty-one of the Code of
	Public General Laws of the State of Maryland,
	entitled ' Revenue and Taxes,' " and to re-enact
	the same with amendments.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That section one hundred and eleven
	of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chap-
	ter four hundred and eighty-three, entitled "An act	Repealed and
	to repeal article eighty-one of the Code of Public	re-enacted.
	General Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled
	'Revenue and Taxes,' and to re-enact the same with
	amendments," be and is hereby repealed and re-enacted
	to read as follows :
	SEC. 111. It shall be the duty of the trustee, within
	six months from the period of his giving bond, to
	make report, upon oath, to the circuit court of the
	county or circuit court of Baltimore city, of the whole	Duty of trus- tees.
	amount of the trust-estate, and the disposition made
	of the same, and any sale of leasehold or fee-simple
	property made by such trustee, before taking effect,
	shall be reported to and ratified by said court.
