Chapter 34.

AN ACT to repeal section one of chapter one hundred

and twenty-two of the acts of the General Assem-

bly, passed February 21, 1843, entitled "A supple-

ment to an act to incorporate the Fredericktown

Savings Institution," and to re-enact the said section

so it shall read as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
