		Chapter 181. AN ACT to exempt Frederick county from the oper- ation and force of chapter twenty-two of the acts passed at January session, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled " An act to amend article thirty of the Code of Public General Laws of this state, title ' Crimes and Punishments,' by adding thereto certain additional sections under the sub-title of ' Disturbance of the Public Peace,' " and to repeal said chapter twenty-two of the acts passed at Janu- uary session, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled " An act to amend article thirty of the Code of Public General Laws of this state, title ' Crimes and Punishments,' by adding thereto certain additional sections under the sub-title of ' Disturbance of the Public Peace,'" as far as it applies to Frederick county. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	Exempted and released from operation.	of Maryland, That Frederick county be and the same is hereby exempt and released from the operation and force of chapter twenty-two of the acts passed at January session, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled "An act to amend article thirty of the Code of Public General Laws of this state, title ' Crimes and Punish- ments,' by adding thereto certain additional sections under the sub-title of ' Disturbance of the Public Peace,' " and that said chapter twenty-two of the acts passed at January session, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled "An act to amend article thirty of the Code of Public General Laws of this state, title
	How far repeal- ed.	' Crimes and Punishments,' by adding thereto certain additional sections under the sub-title of ' Disturb- ance of the Public Peace,' " be and the same is hereby repealed so far as it applies to Frederick county. Approved April 8, 1884.
