SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That section seventeen of article

|
|
|
twenty-nine of the Code of Public General Laws, title
|
|
|
Repealed.

"Courts," sub-title "Judgments," as amended by

|
chapter two hundred and sixty-two of the acts passed
|
|
|
|
at the January session of eighteen hundred and sixty-
two, relating to executions, be and the same is hereby
|
|
|
|
repealed.

AN ACT to regulate the running of Traction Engines

on the Public Roads of the state.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That every traction engine, when pro-

pelled by steam upon or over any public road in this
|
|
|
