the bond of such collector shall be the same as herein-
before provided in section one hundred and twenty-
three, conditioned that he shall account to the burgess
and commissioners monthly for all moneys collected
by him on account of said corporation, and shall pay
out the same upon their order, or to the treasurer of
said town, and in accordance with the ordinances of
said corporation.
