the ordinances of said corporation; and he shall keep

and shall make quarterly reports thereof to said com-

missioners, or as often as they may require; and he

|

shall, at the end of each year, furnish said corpora-

tion with a full and detailed statement, showing the

financial condition of said town to that date, which
|
|
|
|
statement shall be published by handbills, to be posted
|
|
|
|
in not less than ten of the most public places in said
|
|
|
|
town, and for a violation of any of said duties,
|
|
|
|
his bond shall be put in suit; and any further duties
|
|
|
|
to be imposed upon said burgess shall be defined by
|
|
|
|
ordinances of said corporation, and said bond shall be
|
|
|
|
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court
|

|
|
for Garrett county.

SEC. 118. The burgess and three commissioners

shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of busi-
