Chapter 119.


AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and thirty-


four of the acts passed at the January session, eigh-


teen hundred and eighty-two, and to re-enact the


same with amendments, relating to Fines and For-


feitures.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and thirty-


four of the acts of the general assembly, passed at the


January session, eighteen hundred and eighty-two,
