Chapter 81.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of

Charles county to pay to P. Reed Wills the sum of

seventy-four dollars and sixteen cents, for money

erroneously paid for taxes during the years eighteen

hundred and seventy-six, eighteen hundred and sev-

enty-seven, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, eigh-

teen hundred and seventy-nine, eighteen hundred

and eighty land eighteen hundred and eighty-one.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the county commissioners of

Charles county are hereby authorized to pay to P.

AN ACT to amend section fifteen of article thirty-

seven of the Code of Public General Laws of this

state, title " Evidence," by amending and re-enact-

ing the same with amendments.
