Chapter 80.

AN ACT to give the sanction of the General Assem-

bly to a deed from Mary Sophia Bayard to the con-

vention of the Protestant Episcopal Church, in the

diocese of Easton, in trust for the vestry of Augus-

tine Parish, in Cecil county, in the State of Mary-

land.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the sanction of the General

Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby

given to the deed of conveyance from Mary Sophia
Bayard to the convention of the Protestant Episcopal

Church, in the diocese of Easton, of a lot of land in

Chesapeake city, in Cecil county, State of Maryland,

in trust for the vestry of Augustine Parish, in Cecil

county, State of Maryland, said deed bearing date the

twenty-eighth day of June, eighteen hundred and

eighty-two, and recorded in Liber J. A. D., No. 4,

folio five hundred and sixty-nine, one of the land

record books of Cecil county.
