Chapter 77.

AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland to the bequest of Nancy Mat-

tox, deceased, late of Baltimore county, of the sum

of fifty dollars, to the trustees of Ward chapel in

Baltimore county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the sanction and approval of the

General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is

lars by the said Nancy Mattox, late of Baltimore

county, deceased, to the trustees of Ward's chapel in
