AN ACT to repeal subsection forty-six of chapter
|
|
|
|
|
one hundred and eight of the acts of the General
|
|
|
|
|
Assembly passed at the session of eighteen hundred
|
|
|
|
|
and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to add an addi-
|
|
|
|
|
tional article to the Code of Public Local Laws, to
|
|
|
|
|
be entitled ' Garrett County,' sub title ' Justices of
|
|
|
|
|
the Peace and Constables,' " and to re-enact said
|
|
|
|
|
section with amendments.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That sub-section forty-six of chapter
|
|
|
|
|
one hundred and eight of the acts passed at the ses-
|
|
|
|
|
sion of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight of the
|

General Assembly, entitled "An act to add a new
|
re-enacted.
|
|
|
|
article to the Code of Public Local Laws, to be enti-
|
|
|
|
|
tled ' Garrett County,' sub-title 'Justices of the Peace
|
|
|
|
|
and Constables,' " bo and is hereby repealed and
|
|
|
|
|
re-enacted so as to read as follows, viz.:
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 40. There shall be the following number of

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
