Chapter 12.


AN ACT to repeal subsection forty-six of chapter


one hundred and eight of the acts of the General


Assembly passed at the session of eighteen hundred


and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to add an addi-


tional article to the Code of Public Local Laws, to


be entitled ' Garrett County,' sub title ' Justices of


the Peace and Constables,' " and to re-enact said


section with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That sub-section forty-six of chapter


one hundred and eight of the acts passed at the ses-


sion of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight of the
