He has gone on record giving us his position, -

in some respects, which is exactly why we have asked him

to be here, to have the benefit of that. My thinking is

that as we agree upon the policy questions, we make the

19

comment and then we come up with a direction or an indi-

20

cation of the direction of our thinking..
