make a statement for the record that the suggestions

referred to in the letter which was sent out from my

office, which I mailed were not necessarily my sugges-

tions. I may or may not concur in some of those recom-

|
mendations, but I do want it pointed out that they were
|

|
simply a listing of the recommendations being discussed
|
13
|
by the Commission back in March and the statements
|

|
tonight are pertinent to this discussion, although those
|

|
suggestions, for instance, that the letter addressed
|
16
|
itself to that were just presented a few moments ago,
|
17
|
which speak of my recommendations, those are not neces-
|
18
|
sarily my recommendations.
